Caicedonia: Regarded by its residents as the best place to live in the world, this municipality is part of the Coffee Cultural Landscape (Paisaje Cultural Cafetero) municipalities, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011. It is located in the eastern subregion of Valle del Cauca, also within the Colombian Paisa Region and the Coffee Axis (Eje Cafetero). The municipality’s terrain consists of high hills and mountains across its central, southeastern, and southwestern areas.
