Candelaria, Haven of Peace

Candelaria, this municipality is one of those bordering Cali. The Cauca, Desbaratado, Frayle, and Párraga rivers flow through it, and it is entirely flat with a warm climate. Its main source of economic income is panela (unrefined whole cane sugar), although it also has significant agricultural and livestock production, with corn, soybean, cotton, bean, cacao, and plantain crops standing out.
