Versalles: Known as «Pesebre y paraíso de Colombia» (Manger and Paradise of Colombia) because of its main square and the blocks descending downhill, resembling a nativity manger, its economy is driven mainly by agriculture and livestock farming, including cold-climate fruits such as lulo, blackberry (mora), granadilla, and tree tomato (tomate de árbol), among others. The residents of this municipality are very active, taking part in a variety of activities involving people of all ages, including children, youth, adults, and the elderly
