El Viejo Molino Restaurant, Ginebra

El Viejo Molino Restaurant is housed in a colonial building more than 200 years old and serves an excellent hen sancocho cooked over a wood fire, with charcoal-grilled chicken, avocado, hojaldras (fried pastries) and toasts with hogao and chili sauce; enjoy one of the best restaurants in Ginebra, Valle del Cauca, and its unique service. With its green rice fields, Ginebra was known for this crop more than 200 years ago, when the water mill was used to wash the rice before it was stored. Today this colonial building is open to the public, serving great food and traditional dishes of Valle del Cauca.
