About Jardín Plaza Mall in Cali: Cinema, Shops and How to Get There
Jardín Plaza is an open-air shopping mall in southern Cali, at Carrera 98 #16-200, Comuna 17. It opened in 2005 and today has more than 270 brands, a Royal Films cinema and more than 60 places to eat. The official website lists opening hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day, with free parking.
About Jardín Plaza: history and growth
Jardín Plaza opened in 2005 with an open-air design that combines shopping, food and green areas, something unusual in Cali at the time. It has since grown in three phases: Plaza Sur (2015), Plaza Norte Phase 1 (2021) and Plaza Norte Phase 2 (2023), adding 38,000 m², according to the mall’s official blog (anniversary article, November 2025).
The same article reports more than 18 million visitors a year and places Jardín Plaza among the top ten luxury malls in Colombia, the mall’s own ranking, which this guide has not verified independently. The complex also includes the Jardín Central shopping and business center, with two office towers, and in 2025 the mall announced a 15-storey, 167-room GHL Hoteles hotel, with no confirmed opening date yet.
Cinema at Jardín Plaza: Royal Films, screens and showtimes
Royal Films runs the cinema at Jardín Plaza. This is confirmed by the mall’s official Instagram account and by posts from Royal Films itself, which in 2026 announced new Prime and VIP screens at this location; a cinema seating supplier (Inorca) also lists the project as “Royal Films Centro Comercial Jardín Plaza”. The mall’s official page does not name the operator explicitly, but uses Royal Films’ “Prime” naming.
Showtimes change every week. To see them and buy tickets, check the official Jardín Plaza cinema listings or Royal Films directly.
Shops and brands at Jardín Plaza
The official directory groups stores by category: women’s, men’s and children’s fashion, footwear, accessories, technology, sports, home and décor, jewellery, toy stores, bookshops, banks, services and casinos, among others. The official blog reports more than 270 national and international brands, 20 of them exclusive in Cali (November 2025).
Among the brands that arrived in the city for the first time through Jardín Plaza, the mall highlights Starbucks, Pandora, Bath & Body Works, Lego, Zara Home, H&M, Decathlon, iShop, Bershka and Pull&Bear. Falabella is the anchor store, with its own hours: Sunday to Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., according to its page in the official directory.
Restaurants and La Plaza
Jardín Plaza has more than 60 places to eat, from sit-down restaurants to quick options, according to the official restaurant directory. “La Plaza” is the area of the mall dedicated to traditional Cali food.

The official website lists these general hours, every day of the week including public holidays:
