Palmetto Plaza is open every day, including public holidays, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is at Calle 9 # 48-81, in southern Cali. Palmetto Plaza opened its doors in December 2004 and was officially inaugurated in February 2005. It has 204 private units (stores, islands and kiosks) on two shopping levels, 1,352 parking spaces in two basements plus 87 for motorcycles, escalators, lifts, a main plaza and a food court. Its colourful façade on Calle 9 is one of the most recognisable in the south of the city.

• Mall: Monday to Sunday and public holidays, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Management office: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Parking: rates and free hours

There are free parking hours, which cannot be combined: 4 hours by validating your ticket at the cinema, 3 hours by validating it at the gym, and 3 hours with a same-day purchase of COP 40,000 or more at Éxito Palmetto. Validate your ticket at a pay station before you leave.
